Welcome to Lacie’s Charms! We are honored to create meaningful keepsakes that help you remember the ones you love, especially on life’s most special days. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions before placing an order.

Custom Orders

Every charm is made-to-order and customized using the photo you provide. At checkout, you’ll choose whether you’d like your photo in black and white or color. After purchase, you'll receive an email with a Google Form where you’ll upload your chosen image

Please be sure the image you submit is high-quality and that you have permission to use it. If the photo is not clear enough for us to print and use, we will reach out to you via email.

Processing Time

We ask for at least 1–2 weeks’ notice to fulfill your order. Charms typically take 5–7 business days to create and package once we receive your completed form and photo. The sooner you submit your information, the sooner we can get started!

If you have a specific event date (like a wedding!), we recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure on-time delivery. If for any reason you may need express shipping, please consult with us via email or Instagram DM before purchase.

Shipping & Local Pickup

We currently ship within the United States.

You may also choose free local pickup in either Logan, Utah or Draper, Utah. We will coordinate pickup details via email after your order is placed.

Refunds & Damaged Items

Because each charm is personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your charm arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3-5 days of delivery. We’ll gladly refund or remake your charm at no additional cost.

Photo Sharing

We love to showcase the beautiful memories that inspire our work! Occasionally, we may share photos of finished charms on our website or social media.

If you prefer that your charm (and the photo inside it) not be shared, simply let us know by checking the appropriate box on the Google Form after purchase. We will always respect your privacy.

Personal Information

We only collect the information needed to fulfill your order: your name, email address, and shipping information. Your information is never shared or sold.
